  • Once any portion of a project has been initiated—including strategy development, content creation, campaign setup, or any deliverable—no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • We allow cancellations only prior to the commencement of services, with no penalties or fees.

This policy reflects the time, expertise, and resources invested from the moment work begins. We strongly encourage open communication and ask all clients to review this policy carefully before entering into an agreement.

At NextWave, we are committed to delivering high quality, results-driven marketing services tailored to each client's unique goals. To maintain transparency and ensure a clear understanding between our team and our clients, we've outlined our fulfillment policy regarding cancellations and refunds below.
Once any portion of a project has been initiated, whether that includes strategy development, content creation, campaign setup, or any other deliverable-NextWave does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy reflects the time, expertise, and resources invested from the moment work begins.
We do, however, allow cancellations prior to the commencement of services. If you choose to cancel your project before any work has started, you may do so without penalty or fees.
We strongly encourage open communication and ask that all clients carefully review this policy before entering into an agreement. At NextWave, our goal is to build long-term partnerships grounded in clarity, trust, and mutual success.
